We welcome students with a strong desire and ambition to tackle the world’s problems.

The goal of the Graduate School of Global Food Resources is to develop future international leaders who can confront the world’s crucial problems concerning food, water, and soil resources with their frontier spirit. Therefore, we provide opportunities to gain a broad perspective, in-depth knowledge, and diverse experiences across the many disciplines of humanities and science when studying at the Graduate School of Global Food Resources. We develop personnel who can use both outstanding generalist knowledge and specialist knowledge that enables them to propose solutions in a multi-faceted and diverse manner with our curriculum that includes lectures and seminars by leading researchers who are active throughout the world in a wide variety of fields, as well as the Wandervogel-based learning characteristic of our Graduate School.
